Nate Swain is an avid outdoorsman with lifetime of hiking and paddling experience. In 2022, Nate finished hiking the Northeast 115, a list of 115 mountains with elevation over 4,000 feet in Catskills (NY), Adirondacks (NY) Green Mountains (VT), White Mountains (NH,) and Longfellow Mountains (ME). Nate also holds a commercial driver's license and over a decade of experience in the foodservice and hospitality industries, and brings his customer service expertise to Ammonoosuc Outings.
Carissa Swain is a veteran of the food service and hospitality industries. She also has over 15 years of experience in human services. She is an experienced paddler, hiker, and hunter. Carissa has explored hundreds of miles of trails and waterways in the White Mountains and Green Mountains regions.
Les Swain is lifetime hiker and adventurer, as well as a professional driver. In 2018, Les traversed over 50 miles through the Andes Mountains in Peru to reach Machu Picchu. With nearly 25 years as a professional CDL driver, he brings his dedication to safety and his love of the great outdoors to Ammonoosuc Outings.
